Got my boat back after the grounding. The folks at Seattle Yacht Service did
a pretty good job. The expensive part turned out to be the solar panel I
managed to smash in the chaos. They dont make this model any more (Arco
6100) so we replaced it with a little Siemens ST5. Since the panels have
different mounting bolt patterns, they had glass and touch up the gelcoat on
the old mounting holes (8 hours labor there! wow) and another few hours
labor to install the new panel. The old panel was on the starboard bulkhead.
I never really liked it there, so I had them put the new one on the sliding
hatch. I was careful to have them mount it in such a way so that even with
the mast down, i can still open the hatch without the panel running into the
mast. Its mounted off the centerline on the starboard side. I've got room to
put another one on the port side if i decide I need more charging capacity.

The structural repairs look good and don't seem to leak.
Just in case i ever do this again, West Marine has big tubes of epoxy stick
on sale - I've got one in my toolbox now that i could slap on in a hurry if
I had to.
